WeDo 80 – COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Welcome to WeDo 80! We are a social network allowing users to share content and communicate with each other, all for a good cause (Platform)! Our Platform is driving social change by donating 80% of our net profits to charitable causes. To ensure a positive and respectful environment for everyone, we have established these community guidelines (Guidelines). By using WeDo 80, you agree to abide by these Guidelines, fostering a safe and enjoyable space for all users.

Respect and Kindness

Treat every user with respect and kindness. Avoid posting any content that could be harmful, threatening, or offensive or encourages any of these behaviours. Hate speech, discrimination, and bullying have no place here. Remember that sarcasm and humour can be misinterpreted online, so be mindful of your tone and maintain a positive atmosphere.

Privacy and Consent

Respect the privacy and consent of others. Do not share private or sensitive information that you do not have the right to share. If you post photos or videos of others, make sure you have their consent. Be mindful of the backgrounds in your content to protect the privacy of individuals who may appear unintentionally.

Intellectual Property

Respect copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights. Do not post content that does not belong to you unless you have the necessary permissions. Give credit to other users when posting their work, and always strive to create original and unique content.

Safety First

Prioritise safety for yourself and others. Do not post content that promotes self-harm, violence, or dangerous activities. Report any concerning behaviour to us immediately. If you see someone in distress, encourage them to seek help and report the situation to the appropriate authorities.

Authenticity

Be genuine and authentic in your interactions. Do not impersonate others or create any fake accounts on the Platform. Misleading content, such as misinformation or fake news, is not allowed. Be honest and transparent, and encourage others to do the same. Please contribute thoughtfully to discussions, share relevant information, and be open to learning from others. Avoid spamming, trolling, or posting irrelevant content that disrupts conversations.  Do not post repetitive content or repeatedly contact other users for commercial purposes without their consent.

Appropriate Content

Ensure your content is suitable for all audiences. Do not post explicit, sexually suggestive, or adult-oriented material. Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit content is strictly prohibited. Graphic violence, gore, and disturbing imagery are also not allowed.

Responsible Posting

Think before you post. Avoid spamming or excessive posting. Respect the frequency of posts to prevent flooding other users’ feeds. Refrain from posting repetitive content, advertisements, or any form of solicitation without proper authorization. Do not post false or misleading information, and ensure that you fact-check information before sharing anything.

Follow the Law

Ensure that nothing you post contravenes any relevant laws or regulations. Do not use the Platform to buy or sell any goods or services which may be illegal, including sexual services, firearms, alcohol, tobacco products, pharmaceutical or non-medical drugs.

Reporting and Moderation

If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, please report it to us immediately. Our moderation team will review reports promptly and take appropriate action.

Contravening these Guidelines

Violating these Guidelines may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account. We reserve the right to take necessary actions based on the severity and frequency of violations.

Variations to these Guidelines

We may vary, remove or replace these Guidelines at any time.

Matty Titheridge

Director & Co Founder

In a 16-year IT career, Matty successfully managed and deployed several major projects as Lead Deployment Manager using on-shore and off-shore models with clients such as Telstra, Infosys, and NAB. He has 6 years of Risk Management and Compliance experience in managed investments.
Matty has a Bachelor of Computing degree from Monash University.

Priyanka Chandra

Marketing Consultant

Priyanka has been working in marketing for over four years. She has a bachelor’s degree in Integrated Business and Marketing with a minor in journalism from the University of Central Florida and a master’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Nova Southeastern University. Priyanka worked at Walt Disney World as a merchandise trainer, photographer, and coordinator. After Disney, Priyanka joined NBC Universal as a Brand Specialist under NBC Sports Next where she managed 35 golf courses around the US and Canada.

Harry A Carnegie

Harry has over 20 years of experience in discretionary private equity management and placement across global commodity derivatives markets and venture capital financing. He studied Law and Commerce at Monash University – Melbourne, Australia. Harry is an activist social entrepreneur striving for a more just structure of present day capitalism, with an aspiration to help move the world one step closer to basic global socio-commercial equality.

Dr Kocharyan is the CTO of Quantum Information Technology with more than 30 years of experience in IT and Science. He’s an experienced IT leader with deep technical expertise and a proven record of delivering consistent and quality business solutions. Previously a board member, Vice President, Executive Director, and Chief Technology Officer of Infosys Technologies. A Doctor of Philosophy, author, a member of the Industry Advisory Board and Adjunct Research Fellow in the School of Physics and Astronomy, Monash University. He has published more than 60 scientific journal articles.
